Welcome to Western Hills West!

Western Hills West is located in southwest Hartford, WI . Our subdivision is within walking distance of Downtown Hartford, Lincoln Elementary School, Central Middle School, Hartford Union High School, West Side Park, Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center, and Veterans Memorial Park. Western Hills West Includes Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, and Phase IV.

A Few Reminders:

Winter parking restrictions for the city of Hartford are in effect from December 1st - March 31st.

Please remove your garbage and recycling carts from the apron of your driveway within 24 hours of collection. Carts are to be stored within you garage or in an outdoor area screened from street view.

HOA Dues are due on April 1, 2027

Contact the western Hills West HOA to pay your dues promptly and avoid late fees.

Our subdivision is located just south of Hwy 60 on the south end of Wacker Dr. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance of the common areas which consist of the bike path on Wacker Dr., the sidewalk on Wacker Dr., the Bulb on Durango Dr., the grassy area along the ditch on Pond Rd., the storm water pond that is located near the corner of Pond Rd. & Tahoe Ln. along with the grassy area surrounding the pond.

Our subdivision has 4 Phases. Phases I, II, & III have been completed, but Phase IV has not been developed yet. Phase IV future development will be reserved for the area south west of our subdivision. Please refer to our map for more details.
